- SASHH AungAug 28, 20261.0We visited this Post Office yesterday as my husband and I needed to submit our D1 forms to update the address on our driving licences. We tried to complete the forms at the designated area provided for customers. Unfortunately, the space was extremely small and cramped, which made it difficult to complete the forms comfortably and also seemed to obstruct the door that staff needed to use to go in and out. What was more disappointing was the attitude of the male staff member. While we were completing the forms, we were told rather rudely that we were “taking ages” and that it “shouldn’t take that long.” We found this comment unnecessary and unhelpful, particularly as we were trying to complete the forms correctly. To be fair, the female staff member made an effort to help us, which we appreciated. Overall, the main issue is the very limited space in the office, which makes completing paperwork quite difficult. However, the experience was made more unpleasant by the attitude of one member of staff. I hope the management can take this feedback into consideration and improve both the customer facilities and the way customers are spoken to.

The post office itself is very small and untidy. Overall, a very unpleasant experience, and I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve the standard of customer service.
