- MSMike SkarlatSep 23, 20265.0Great place
- DSDannah SorianoSep 18, 20261.0Very rude and unprofessional staff. If I could only give it 0 stars, I would. I bought something from Vinted and the seller already dropped it off on 14 Sept. There has been no movement since on the Royal Mail website, besides that Post Office got it. I called Kedleston because it seemed like the parcel was left there. An Indian man answered, I informed him I'm the recipient and he tried to look for the parcel using my name and he said he couldn't find it. He advised me to try again tomorrow, I asked what he meant because if it wasn't there today, there's no chance it will be there tomorrow. He then told me to come down to the branch and ask again, I said I'm the recipient so there's no way I could go there. I told him the shipper will go to the branch. He then said why would the shipper go there when Royal Mail is the courier. I asked why would the recipient go there when I'm in another part of the country. His instructions are unclear and don't make sense. He then yelled at me and hung up. Please only hire professionals or have this person undergo rigorous training on customer service, conduct, and professionalism. I have worked in the customer service industry for several years under global companies. This behaviour is extremely unacceptable and tarnishes the name of Post Office.
- JZJessica ZoppiJul 31, 20261.0Very confusing opening times. The website says open at 7am. The door says 9am and the poster near says 8am.
