They don’t seem to care about helping customers with questions or sending letters. Customer service and problem-solving are simply not something you can expect here. Very disappointing.
- 9499 4Aug 2, 20261.0Very disappointing and rude service. I arrived before the advertised closing time while other customers were still inside, but the male staff member refused to let me enter. I pleaded with him and tried to explain that I had carried a large, heavy parcel containing £300 skates for nearly an hour, but he rudely dismissed me and walked away while I was still speaking. I understand that staff need time to close, but customers who arrive before closing should not be turned away or treated so disrespectfully. I then had to carry the parcel all the way home again. I will not use this branch again.
