They don’t seem to care about helping customers with questions or sending letters. Customer service and problem-solving are simply not something you can expect here. Very disappointing.

I pleaded with him and tried to explain that I had carried a large, heavy parcel containing £300 skates for nearly an hour, but he rudely dismissed me and walked away while I was still speaking. I understand that staff need time to close, but customers who arrive before closing should not be turned away or treated so disrespectfully. I then had to carry the parcel all the way home again. I will not use this branch again.

The man at the counter said they don’t take cash after 11am, I asked them to show physical proof of their rules and he said they don’t have it written it’s only verbal! That’s really stupid! I would like a response to this asap!
