Paid money in, they counted it out, I then realised I had mis calculated and asked them to count it again when they had mistakenly missed £40, good job I did as they never said anything and weren't going to! Only use it as its local.
- PRPhilip RobsonJan 27, 20232.0The staff seem to be in the wrong jobs. It seems to be such a problem for them to serve customers correctly. They hardly speak a word and look thoroughly miserable. Parking can be a bit of an issue too sometimes, but oh the staff are so rude and ignorant.

When you try to drop it off they refuse to take it as it’s over 11kg, despite the correct weight being entered on the website when booking. Good luck getting a refund. £30 odd down the drain due to incompetent organisation.
