- SSSatJul 20, 20265.0I'm surprised by the variance of customer service provided by counter staff at different Post Offices. Sinfin Centre Post Office is attrocious, the man there is loudly rude, unhelpful and threatening. Burton Rd staff are polite and helpful. However, this Post Office - the staff are so wonderfully helpful, polite, and value their customers. I was served by the young Asian lady; I wanted to send a letter by Track 24 - not only did she advise me of the prices, but also gave me alternative options (which I wasn't aware of). How great is that! Credit to this Post Office staff; highly recommended.

There was a fairly big queue as to be expected at this time of year, but the woman that served me was the most miserable unfriendly woman, didn't crack a single smile and was so rude, won't be returning that's for sure!
