No parcel is too big or small for them to handle (wink) and I’ve never ever been in a post office where the staff aren’t slitheens waiting for the earliest moment to suck my brains out so it’s lovely to deal with real, kind humans! 10/10, amazing! Ps Bow ties are great, the Doctor would be proud!

The lady had written on it UNCOLLECTED on the morning of 7th April and had sorted it for being returned to sender. Clearly jumping the gun. I called at lunchtime on 7th April (day after Easter Monday) and she told me I should come a day earlier than stated! Well love if you'd been open I may have. Since when have Post Offices been open on Bank Holiday Easter Monday? She never apologised for this. Not even a smile. The chap who works there is lovely. Far nicer to deal with.
