- THTania HolmesSep 3, 20262.0I have used this post office many times in the past ten years of living in Bolsover and have had a number of negative experiences, most recently if I buy my postage online and drop off, so I stopped and instead began dropping off at our Royal Mail sorting office with Kev and co. who are all lovely. Today, the lockers had a broken printer so I went into the Post Office and asked politely if they had one. The answer was yes, they would always help... but then I had a whole load of stuff about how I ought to use the post office and what would I do if it wasn't there etc in front of queuing customers. Already feeling anxious and stressed that day I really didnt need to be taken to task about where I choose to use delivery services but it reminded me of why in the past I had chosen to drive to Shirebrook post office where they are kind and friendly.

The member of staff was most obliging and dealt with my application in between the queue of customers. I received my passport today and wish to thank them for their customer service which was exceptional
