Been again today 25/11/25 and tge old woman behind there was miserable as sin...is it all the staff miserable or what. Maybe the main management there need to look at the customer service that is given here...very very poor Very very miserable....if you dont want to interact with the public get another job where you don't have too

As everyone knows you plug a phone or tablet in and it works. Truth was they were busy with a queue so thought they'd make me wait. Gave up in the end and walked out disgusted.
