I had been in once before when he was also rude but thought it might have been an off day. I will never ever go there again!

Drive 16 miles for an IDP as so few places do them, and he starts making up his own rules about your photo needing a white border (not specified anywhere on the pay point website specifications or in the passport photo standard). In fact the UK passport standard explicitly states no border.

I use this post office all the time, mostly for paying into my bank account, but often to post my wifes shopping returns, of which are numerous. Matthew always has a smile on his face and frankly cheers up my otherwise dull day. He is known and liked by all the local shoppers and I can't recommend this post office highly enough.
