Appalling service. I have never ever been spoken to so rudely. The man behind the counter was rude, aggressive and unhelpful. I was only trying to post a parcel. I had been in once before when he was also rude but thought it might have been an off day. I will never ever go there again!

Complete joker. Drive 16 miles for an IDP as so few places do them, and he starts making up his own rules about your photo needing a white border (not specified anywhere on the pay point website specifications or in the passport photo standard). In fact the UK passport standard explicitly states no border.

Matthew and his wife Sandira (spelling probably incorrect) are so welcoming and helpful. I use this post office all the time, mostly for paying into my bank account, but often to post my wifes shopping returns, of which are numerous. Matthew always has a smile on his face and frankly cheers up my otherwise dull day. He is known and liked by all the local shoppers and I can't recommend this post office highly enough.
