  Absolutely shocking “service” here there’s always a huge line that takes forever to move up, iv once been here with 3 people in front and it took 20 minutes to be served. Unfortunately the locals are used to the poor and slow service but today the way I was spoken to was atrocious! The long queue as always wasn’t moving, iv been trying to send a parcel for 5 DAYS! Unfortunately I had a return that I couldn’t choose which courier to use and their old fashioned chose was Royal Mail who I avoid like the plague, they are slow, the most unreliable and the most inconvenient! The moustached bugs bunny has the worst attitude iv ever come across and isn’t fit to work with the public, openly arguing with me today whilst in the queue whilst me and a woman in the line were chatting, it was not his place to earwig or interrupt in front of so many! I asked a more than justified question to the woman at the front of the shop behind the “post office” position, I asked if she was open because Roger rabbit must of been giving habitual life story with his usual disregard that others have places to be and actually have a life! He said I could have asked parcelforce to collect my parcel, and when I replied “and what, wait in all day” he laughed and said I can’t be pleased! The audacity! Waiting in for a parcel all day is sooooo old fashioned, as are Royal Mail! Because the line is excessively long there I also tried 3 other post offices, llandullas (never open nor do they answer their phone) llandudno and rhos on sea, both have closed down, why am I not surprised. Next time someone sends me a qr code using snail mail I will refuse, give me, evri, yodel, dpd, anything I can drop off to a shop that serves customers efficiently and doesn’t treat it like a social club! Royal Mail can try and keep up with the big boys all they want, they have NO CHANCE! I have no doubt Abergele’s branch will soon close down, good riddance!

  Love this post office every time I go in I find who ever is on the counter to be really lovely and very helpful when I’m not sure how to go about things

  Handy post office in the centre of Abergele, well stocked shop. Find it an uneasy experience as the post office counter staff come across as unapproacheable
