Unreliable, called in to post parcel early on to be told it would be 20 minutes before they could accept the parcel as they were cashing up. This has also happened on previous occasions at different times of the day.

today unfortunately was my last visit to this shop - under Keith it was a wonderful place to shop and for me post my parcels - the new guy Tom closes at random and today even refused to sell me a stamp - he is plain rude and should not be in a customer facing role , other members of staff Claire and Thomas have been excellent - i have been using this place for at least 2 years and today was the last straw - get rid of this man - he is giving Morrisons a bad name , i will now be going elsewhere - a terrible shame that one person can do this to a shop !! i have also made an official complaint to the company - other reviews also mention this man - i hope his bosses are reading

Drove 10 minutes to the post office with an urgent letter.
Sign on the door: Gone to Toilet, back in 10 minutes.
I waited 15 minutes.
A man came, unlocked the door, didnt open it, no thought of an apology.
I went to the post office window.
Man says " We're closed" "All morning"
"I'm on my own and haven't got time"
(I was the only customer in the shop!)
I went.
