- SMSian MossJan 2, 20261.0If I could leave zero I would. Went in early this morning to pay some money in for my daughter that she'd collected funds for a Guide trip. Most was notes but an odd few coins which I had separated into money bags with a note of how much in each bag as I'm aware they just weigh full bags. It was completely empty and I made sure I visited early so not to cause any delays for others. Was met by the most rudest and arrogant man I have ever come across (and I work customer facing so have come across many charmers!). So unhelpful making me move somewhere else to recount the money even though place was empty and I'd said it was wrote for him. Not a please or anything. After recounting went back to him for him to rudely say he doesn't take coins when he'd clearly seen I had coins initially. Absolutely disgusting attitude. Spoke to me like I was something he'd stepped in. Took her money and went to windermere instead where the staff are amazing. He's definitely in the wrong job.

Each letter and parcel had to be taken to the sacks after each transaction which took time. Half hour wait to be served. Not impressed as it is a main post office that locals fought to keep, and it is close to the last posting dates for Christmas, so they must have known that it would be busy.
