Purchased 2 x A5 brown envelopes today and , stupidly as queue was long, wrote addresses on them whilst I was waiting - big mistake as when scanned through till , was charged £4.98!!!! No prices displayed on shelves and can absolutely see why. There is a note saying to pay cash for stationery prior to use but didn't want to queue twice so more than paid the price. Dick Turpin definitely reincarnated and running the Post Office. Please can staff make effort to show prices!

This post office is new to me but as a marketplace seller I am not impressed. Every time I go in they are trying to upsell shipping to DPD. This is after I have asked for a standard Royal Mail delivery. Luckily I know what I want but I have seen numerous other people being sold tracked 24 or48 without being offered cheaper standard delivery options for parcels with little value. I have yet to hear anyone being offered Royal Mail as an option! Very poor!

Nightmare, one lady on and 30 mins - hour wait to post a parcel each visit. I feel sorry for the lady that works here. And all the people waiting, this service is so bad. Avoid at all costs
