- DLDamon LeslieNov 22, 20251.0Went in yesterday to top up my Gas Card As I walked in I was all happy and smiling and said hello to the lady behind the counter! I got not response! Ask if they done British Gas Card top ups and she screwed her sour face up and said yes I’m a sharp tone looked at me with a look of death as I am standing there with cash in my hand and my Gas Topup Card and says we only take cash I said not a problem I have cash here. I passed my card over and cash and she topped it up moaning the whole time to herself! Absolute shocking customer service from Her to me just because I was not a regular customer I was treated like dirt! Someone come in after me said hi to her she said hi back and started chatting away not even saying thank you to me just putting my card and receipts on the counter. People like this should not work in customer service.
