- MSMatt SilverMar 7, 20261.0Really truly awful Post Office and shop. I've been in twice and had similar issues. They seem to HATE people collecting parcels, only gone in to collect Vinted parcels. The reception is non-existent and there's no WiFi so it's a chore to get details on phone. The staff extremely rude both occasions. I entered said hi, gave my name and asked to collect a parcel presenting the relevant details. Then was quizzed on the day it arrived, size etc. As if I'd have these details to hand. Then they made out I was daft for not knowing. They gestured for me to. move out the queue so they could serve others, or return with full details. Only when I pressed they continued to serve me looking for my parcel. Bad attitude all around on both occasions from different staff. The venue itself is dark and grey, nothing on selves, extremely gloomy. Bad experience all around and will try to avoid ever using again.
