The young female assistant was VERY rude, and tried to blame me, the customer, for the mistake SHE had made. The manager (her uncle, I believe) took no notice when this young woman actually accused me of LYING, and dragged his wife out if the back office to sort out the error his niece had made; this lady was very helpful and most apologetic for the apalling attitude of the others, and for the error which had been made (very gracious of her, seeing as none of this was her fault). Needless to say, I will NOT be patronising this Post Office branch EVER again.
