- SLSarah LouiseSep 3, 20261.0Hate going to this post office . For starters ya lucky if someone actually serves you or even looks at you while waiting . The staff act as if they don’t want to provide a post office service looking miserable and unhelpful . The older lady and guy in particular asked very rude and even try to fob you off with excuses as to why they can’t provide the service . Worst thing ever putting this post office in the Spa !!
- DPDave PontoJul 17, 20261.0Very rude old lady at the post office desk she needs sacking how can you work for the public and have a stinking rude attitude baffles my brain take your parcels somewhere else not worth the hassle I don’t know who she thinks she is 🙃
- KDkevin daviesJul 15, 20261.0Terrible post office big ques with 3 people there and a old lady she don't know what she doing. And if you want to pay in money to your bank cash they still count it by hand other postoffices have a cash counter machine done in seconds.i payed money in another post office and was in and out in 4 mins great
- EPEmma PJan 6, 20225.0Little post office counter offering travel money, cash withdrawal etc. and one self service post machine. Attached to the spar which has a good selection of chilled drinks and cards in particular. Some on-road parking outside. Didn't need to speak to any staff but they all came across pleasant.

How much cash can I withdraw at a Post Office counter?
The amount you can withdraw in a Post Office branch will depend on any withdrawal limits in place on the specific account you hold with your bank. If you’re unsure, please contact your bank directly to check.
Do I get charged for making cash withdrawals at Post Office?
No charges are taken at the counter however some banks may charge.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.

If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
