Would really like to commend the lady working at the post office today who totally stayed professional while being verbally abused by a customer, these ladies work very hard indeed and are so helpful with any transaction you require. So as a customer I'd like to say ABUSE IS NOT OK !

The ladies at the post office go above and beyond for there customers always helpful, it saddened me today to witness one of the women getting verbally abused this person who did this should be ashamed of themselves, these ladies are under tremendous pressure at times as they now also taking on banking for customers as well as post office duties, please spare a thought for this, as these women work very hard

Receipt attached- paid for a parcel to be sent but been over a month- still not received by recipient - had a disagreement with owner - this makes me suspect my parcel was compromised - I’ve taken this further but here is what happened.
I attended on 10th April to send a parcel and was treated incredibly rudely by the woman running the branch, who refused to give me her name. I politely asked for a tiny strip of tape to seal my parcel and was refused, despite explaining I had already queued and only needed a very small amount. She then accused me of being “abusive” simply because I explained to a friend in the queue how awkward she was being.
She also attempted to refuse service and implied she would not send my parcel. I remained polite throughout and did not swear or behave aggressively in any way.
I was quoted £4.60, then an additional £1.50 “admin fee” was added without properly explaining it, and I was not given a proper detailed proof of postage receipt.
Most concerning of all, I paid for this parcel to be sent over a month ago and the recipient still has not received it. Given the comments made during the interaction about refusing service, this has seriously damaged my trust in this branch and left me questioning whether the parcel was handled appropriately.
The whole experience was stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I will not be using this branch again

Very kind and respectful staff. Reasonably priced stationary. Very quick compared to the old owners.
