Been in there several times but this is the second time interacting with the Indian lady. The first time I went in and saw her, she was counting the cash at the till. Not even close to closing time but whatever. Another customer came in and grabbed a 4 pack and got in the queue to the Morrison counter, she’s seen both of us but continued to count the cash. I get it you would forget where you’re at in numbers but you can just write it down somewhere and tend to your customers, I’ve worked in hospitality before so it’s not that big of a deal and it’s not like the shop is always busy and she is not going to get time again…anyway, she continued to count her cash and didn’t even acknowledge our presence, the other customer waited for a few minutes and decided to put the beer back and walk out the door still nothing from this lady as I continue to wait and then when she’s finally done she looks up and says how can I help. Anyway I let it go because I didn’t see a point in starting anything maybe she had a bad day and was in that way. Anyway I’ve been again there a few days back behold she’s there again. I frequently use the post office and usually it’s the young guy with the glasses but this was the second time I’d seen her… lo and behold she’s counting cash again! I’m the first one in followed shortly by another customer and exact same thing happens. Continues to count the cash, doesn’t acknowledge our presence and takes her time with no apology after. I dunno but maybe learn some customer service skills or maybe train your staff a little bit? But I suppose some skills are lacking through personality and through no fault of the employer

Came to post a parcel. Door was locked with a sign 'Back in 5'. Waited 15 minutes, banged on door. Nothing. Very poor. Lost about 20 customers while we were waiting.
Update. After ringing the number of the store, staff came and opened door. Then told me I was unable to post my parcel to Guernsey as the address was not on the system! Never had this problem in the past 25 years. Customer lost.

Frequently Asked Questions About Radyr Post Office
How much cash can I withdraw at a Post Office counter?
The amount you can withdraw in a Post Office branch will depend on any withdrawal limits in place on the specific account you hold with your bank. If you’re unsure, please contact your bank directly to check.
Do I get charged for making cash withdrawals at Post Office?
No charges are taken at the counter however some banks may charge.
For details, please check directly with your own bank.
How do I deposit a cheque at Post Office?
To deposit a cheque, you’ll need to bring the following to your nearest branch:
*The cheque
*A completed deposit slip from your bank, if applicable. Please contact your bank to request paying-in slips as these are not held in Post Office branches

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
