Younger newer member of staff just can’t be bothered to be there, threw my parcel on the floor after applying label, also quite rude and abrupt. These guys also lost a parcel of mine after I used a prepaid label, it wasn’t labelled properly and got lost in RM system. Other times I came here it was randomly shut in the middle of the day for no reason. Plenty of reasons to never go back.

Really poor service and very poorly trained staff, complaint raised with the Post Office. A simply check on Royal Mail website will educate you.
