On a few different times they went above and beyond to help me send/pick up parcels. As a little plus they also have a good selection of drinks and snacks.

The staff are always friendly, helpful and welcoming, and they go out of their way to make sure everything is dealt with quickly and efficiently. Took a week to get it back but the ladies in this store were beyond helpful in making sure we found where it went. I honestly cannot thank them enough. They were kind, respectful, helpful and made sure to help me as much as they could. Thank you so much to the ladies at the post office I really appreciate all your help
- SLSophia LiaSep 4, 20261.0Very poor customer service. Went to collect a parcel today, they said there didn’t have it and that the driver scanned it in his van not when he delivered it. I could see they were busy and said I would return later. I popped in 4 hrs later and she told me the same thing that they hadn’t delivered it, I told the lady to scan the code and she’ll see it is delivered. The other lady then said she remembered my name and said your parcel is here. As they scanned the parcel I said you shouldn’t send people away when their parcels are ready to collect., she said we don’t have time to scan them. I said then don’t except so many parcels I will avoid getting my parcel delivered there I would give 0 stars
