The third of my small, light parcels slipped onto the counter and the postmistress said "I'd rather not have things thrown at me". I'm a polite, friendly person and was quite taken aback. It's on my home but I will never use again. Have never left reviews on Google other than good ones. If I had a complaint I'd usually make it directly. But looked on here and was relieved it's not just me!
