Absolute joke of a place
Came in at 07:30 with two parcels with Royal Mail labels already printed so all the staff had to do was scan them.
I was told I’d have to wait 1.5 hours for the main post office to open because staff on the till were not trained on scanning Royal Mail parcels only Evri.
How ridiculous!!! So I’ve now had to go else where because they put staff on that are incompetent and not trained despite google saying they are open for parcel drop offs!!!
I’ll be making a complaint to Royal Mail too I work for a living so I can’t just mess about driving to other places first thing in the morning

Just took my dad over to draw out £1000 from his natwest account. Natwest online says up to £3000 in 1 transaction. Maximum £12000 a year. The cashier told him no without even trying. If you do a job know what you are doing.
