The older gentleman serving me, who I believe is the owner, was incredibly rude. Not only did he speak to me in a condescending manner, but he also attempted to overcharge me for my mailing service. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism, and I hope they can address these issues for the sake of their customers."
