Not even a 'Hello, how are you?' I don't understand why the person who asked me what I was doing there didn't tell me to come back another day... Poor service from miserable staff in a dilapidated and failing store. Won't be returning.
- MTM TNov 12, 20251.0Very poor customer service, need more training and no respect for people, as I had my wife today need to send a parcel urgently, the woman is working on the office, was very rude frist she skipped her on the queue, and makes her feel bad and send her running around, and for hours just to send one parcel and she is pregnant as well she a asked her to left the parcel on the sceals no help she has to call me after work to come down to city centre just to left it for her, very unprofessional customer service, very disappointed, the thing is they work for royal mail service big company and in the very important location which is this rude staff are paying them to represent the royal mail including their management ,very poor service, change them or lose it , iam not surprised when I read the reviews.
