It is always very busy and the staff are clearly doing the absolute best they can. Some of the reviews on here are ridiculous and clearly from people who would not leave a good review but love leaving bad ones. Some people just like to complain for the sake of it I guess.

I only went in to send a parcel, but he spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner and had a poor attitude towards his work. The queue was also extremely long because there was only one member of staff working. The whole process was very disorganised and appeared unprofessional. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and the way I was treated. I would appreciate it if this matter could be properly looked into and investigated. If no action is taken or the issue is not addressed appropriately, I will consider escalating the matter and making a formal report.
