- GGGeeky_MartianJul 29, 20261.0The post office is never open. This is the 6th visit in 2 months and everytime it is closed with some random excuse. Absolutely useless. The royal mail website says open until 19:30 but it is always closed before 5pm. What's the point in having a post office locally? Will be reporting it to Royal Mail. Sort out the timings on the website if it is running at reduced hours.

The lovely young man (I can say that I'm a Nana) on the counter noticed my parcels and took the trouble to ask and it turned out he could take them for me. The air conditioning was fab too I could have stayed for the day.

I showed the times clearly shown on website which he agreed but the lady who deals with post office 'only works 3 days'. Why not told that yesterday when I called?? I have to come back a third time and I am not local to the post office! To say I am annoyed is an understatement.
