- SCS E A CoundMay 2, 20261.0Why does this place advertise a phone number that doesn't work. This whole system with so-called "Royal Mail", dpd, Evri etc is appalling. They all need suing for fraud and LYING.
- UUUpcycle4allSep 26, 20251.0Certain members of staff are extremely rude and unprofessional! There is a lack of training in the most basic forms of customer service and they have abolutely no courtesy at all!
- RRRhysFeb 20, 20251.0Difficult, petulant, rude and untrained staff. Would rather stand around chatting than serve customers. I’ve been to this post office a number of times and every single time it’s the same. You get attitude for merely asking them to do something that is their job. Don’t bother being polite or friendly, they won’t return the courtesy. You’ve got two options, either don’t bother at all and go somewhere else (recommended), or prepare to wait a good 10 minutes for someone to actually acknowledge you exist, proceed to borderline argue with staff who seemingly resent you for even being there, put up with their unprofessional and rude demeanour when politely asking them to perform a simple task, then wait for another 20-30 minutes for them to complete a simple task while they intentionally move at the pace of a sloth. By the end, if you’re lucky, you’ve got what you needed and can leave. If you’re not, at some point they’ll tell you x is broken, y won’t work, or make up some other rubbish. Don’t bother going here.
