Since the guy started working at the counter, the customer service is brilliant,the staff are always so friendly and the two young guys that work there are lovely. Nicest Post Office/newsagents in Willenhall.

Such a shame to see this happen and when I intervened (they had a receipt to prove the error) they just started to be abusive. Just terrible
