- ACAlexander ConsoleMar 24, 20261.0I sent an international parcel from Westhill Road Post Office on 7th March 2026, trusting the staff to advise correctly. They sold me a large envelope and processed it as a “small” parcel, it was wrong. The parcel was later returned from Germany because it exceeded the size limits. Because of their mistake, I lost time, missed my delivery deadline, and had to pay again to resend it from another branch. When I went back with the receipt and the returned parcel, they refused a refund and took no responsibility. Their excuse was that they had “done it before without issues,” which is irrelevant, this one failed due to their error. If was just my words maybe there could be a doubt, but I had atue envelope and the receipt with me. There was zero accountability and no attempt to resolve the situation. This is not the first issue I’ve had there. On a previous visit, my partner had an incident with a racist customer and was dismissed by staff in a very patronising way towards him, so he wouldn’t raise his voice against the customer inside of their post office branch. Poor service, poor handling, and no accountability. I do not recommend this branch.
