I am traumatised from interacting with the staff who seems to be the owner Shame on you. Never entering this place ever again. I have almost contacted the police. I can’t believe how people with this kind of behaviour exist in this country Shame on you For your own safety, avoid this place at any cost. I was traumatised.
- HSHayley SiklodiOct 22, 20221.0I waited for the cashier to do his delivery stock check and pay the guy before I was served. Then I found out that the opening hours were wrong. My work hours Monday to Friday so I wouldn’t have got it delivered there had I known the correct Saturday hours. I did not want to wait a week for my parcel, I needed it for Monday hence doing click and collect. Boy behind the counter decided to give the worst customer service possible and argue with me, even in front of other customers. It wasn’t fair on those people, it had nothing to do with them. I was just wanting to discuss what I could possibly do and he just kept saying ‘ring the post master’ like I knew who it was. After about 20 minutes, he simply called someone who told him to give me the package after showing him ID. Thank you to whoever was on the phone who sorted this out, the one star is for you. I thanked the guy and went on my way but that was a horrific experience and I would rather travel to a non-local post office now and won’t be revisiting for those services.
