Refused to take my parcel as i was told they had no where to put it, i had to find another post office. Most unapproachable staff member ever, name of Alison, please Royal Mail retrain the staff.
Horrible experience here.

An absolute rubbish experience here. Astounded Post Office hasn’t closed them down yet.
The customer service here is non existent. Had two transactions which couldn’t be done…
There was no return labels for an Amazon order. I have ran a Post Office previously and cannot fathom how no forecasting goes into label ordering so you do not run out of return labels. This is basic operational skills. You’re throwing transactions away turning customers away.
Second transaction was a cash deposit to Barclays account, was told couldn’t be done as they were holding too much cash. I lightheartedly said “seems like I cannot do anything today” only to be met with a snide remark “well people should be depositing their cash into the actual bank and the not Post Office”.
Wow - really seems like this branch do not care if they do any transactions and are happy to run at a loss. This has to be one of the worst Post Offices around, even to do a basic transaction is met with protest.
As a local to the area it would have been nice to have a branch on our doorstep, but looks like taking the time to go to a more competent branch will be a much more efficient and happier experience.

I had another frustrating experience at the Morrison's Post Office on Green Lane. When I tried to deposit £40, the staff member assumed I was depositing a large amount and initially refused, citing a full cash box. After I questioned this, he asked how much I wanted to deposit and then accepted the £40. Despite my feedback about the inconsistent service at this location, he didn't apologize for his assumption or seem to take my comments seriously. It's disappointing to encounter such poor service repeatedly. POSTOFFICE should be taken off from this shop and given it to another local shop who can deliver better service.

They open when they feel like it, they have returned my items to Amazon with no explanation or help to retrieve them, my advice use another branch if you can. They are Useless.
