Very rude staff member, wouldn't allow collection of my insulin pen needles and another parcel that needed collecting. Now have to try and find insulin pen needles or go without insulin till Monday as a type1 diabetic.
Won't support this local business anymore, which is a shame as the rest of the staff are lovely.
