There was no polite communication at all. I am a business customer who regularly handles money, and accuracy and trust are essential. Today, she counted the coins I gave her and wrote the total on a piece of paper in front of me. When I asked her what the total was, she told me the wrong amount. I then pointed out the figure she had written herself, but instead of acknowledging the mistake, she blamed me and said I had given the wrong total. As a government service provider working under His Majesty’s service, staff should act honestly, respectfully, and professionally. Mistakes can happen, but blaming customers and speaking rudely is unacceptable. Due to this repeated behaviour, I will not be using this Post Office again.
