I have used Crook Post Office for years, to post parcels.
Both Jackie and Andrea worked tirelessly during covid, and had to put up with a lot of abuse off rude, ignorant people. The same abuse is still going on in the new Post Office. Yes, the new area could do with being bigger, and there could be extra staff on during busy periods, but both of these issues are out of the girls hands. Why leave a bad review?
I commend Jackie and Andrea on their hard work and reliability.
Also keeping their cool, when dealing with rude people.
Keep up the good work ladies.

Disgustingly rude! These people are in a public role but clearly do not know how to communicate. I've been very close to loosing my temper with the way I've been spoke to by the awful people behind the counter.
