After my very unhelpful experience, I went to another branch. After seeing that branch’s effort to help me, I came back here to write this comment. Because now I feel offended.
I obviously came from another country and didn’t know how you guys send posts here. I handed my documents to the lady and told her that I would like to send those by post (that’s how you do it in my home country). She gave me a face almost like insulting or looking down (you know she was almost gonna laugh but didn’t). Then she started explaining things as if I’m asking for too much or I’m stupid. She was like giving impatient expressions in every step, sighs and even was a bit agressive. I needed to find a postcode but my internet didn’t work. She didn’t even move a muscle to help me. She was staring at my face just like how a buly stares at your face when they bully you. She then said “are you sure you don’t wanna come back another time?”. She sounded like sending me away. I swear, she didn’t even do her literal bare minimum and she was still pissed at me. She overall made me feel very anxious. I thought it was my fault not to know until I went to the other post office on Belfast road in Bangor. They were extremely helpful. They didn’t make me feel like an alien. They really made an effort to help me. It was a good call that I didn’t go back to Rosevale again.
My note to that lady; nobody has to know how to do things. Your job is literally to help people send posts. It’s also completely free to be nice to humans without any discrimination

I had a great experience posting a parcel at the post office in this branch. Served by a lovely man who was extremely helpful.
