Parcel was 0.4 cm over the depth size selected by the customer so she declined it saying i'd have to pay extra. For the sake of less than half a cm. Rules are there for a reason i understand that but for that little of a difference? Are you joking? It even fit fine through the mock letterbox they use to test it. Unreal. I'll wait next time for someone who doesn't have a stick up their rear end about the rules.
