Every time I have an issue with post I call into the fantastic team in shop for you onl the Gilford Road and it’s sort they all are so pleasant and helpful it a pleasant to go into to speak with them and they all work so well together

Staff are so helpful and friendly to all. They always see the person and I notice with the elderly customers they take time to ask how they are and help to make what are difficult digital tasks simple for them. Very thankful this customer service still exists.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
