I was completely stressed out and made a few errors when completing the special delivery envelopes for sending and having it returned to me safely and David and Ben guided me and kept me right whilst keeping me calm and making me feel 'normal' when I felt a bit silly. They had great personable skills but professional with it. I for one appreciate that from assistants, especially when I get myself a little muddled. Thank you David and Ben and I will always go to Abbotts Cross post office.
