Absolutely terrible service sent my daughter into post 3 letters I was on the phone telling her what way to send them when she came home and gave me the receipts they weren't sent the way i had asked who compensates if these get lost which in my eyes royal mail have a habit of doing have lost quite a few over the years the cashier was rude wouldnt recommend their employees should be SACKED
