Every time we go here theres some problem. Staff are clueless. Applying for a driving license, changing car ownership or sending the paperwork, sending letters, machines or computers not working, everything! they either don’t know how to do things, or make excuses saying they can’t do it and saying we need to do things online (of course we went to a different post office and things were done there without problem) or trying to overcharge almost £8,50 for a letter (where in any different post office for that same letter we paid £3,50)… terrible. Please give them more training…

Worst post office I’ve ever been to, every time I go in I use the bell for attention and your left waiting for 20 plus minutes and I mean every time, I get they’re busy but when the girl eventually comes to serve me she’s very unhelpful and rude. Clearly doesn’t wanna be there. If there’s a way to leave a zero star review I would have but unfortunately I have to give them 1.

Very disappointed today, popped in to ask could I lift some euro via contactless payment - was told no I would have to have my card & pin. So, went home got my card and went back and hour or so later and again asked for some euro.
Post office staff appeared to be getting the euro but after fighting with the timer on the till said oh you're using a card I'll need ID, driving licence or passport. I said sure my PIN is my ID, I only need a small amount.
Staff member said sorry it won't let me put it through.
Went to Post Office less than a mile away and got euro no bother. Staff member there said I'll need to lift cash out and then use that to pay for the euro - wow a helpful member of staff, euros got, can now share some money with MH kids.
