- KRK RMay 21, 20255.0I have lived here in Templepatrick for 11 years. Sunita has been behind the counter at the post office a lot longer. She has always been very supportive and polite when both my son and I have needed help with posting an item. If my son has gone up to the post office on my behalf, Sunita has always been very patient with my son as he has Asperges. She has always greeted locals with a good morning or good afternoon. I have been in the queue when Sunita has had to deal with irate customers complaining about their parcels not being there. It's NOT her fault that courier companies have not performed well or the computer isn't accepting barcodes etc. It's a very busy little post office, and what we all must remember is not everyone is 100% perfect 100% of the time... If someone behind a counter is having a bad day ( like we all do), try to be nice, smile and maybe their day might feel a tad better.
