Staff is lovely but constantly making mistakes. I sent 4 parcels with them and they made mistakes with 2 of them - 1 case when the parcel was sent to Australia instead of the US (the address on the package was correct and the package is lost, obviously no compensation) and 2nd case when they input incorrect door number for Special Delivery parcel although the address on the parcel was correct and this caused the delay. They really need to get attentive with inputting correct data in the system.

On every occasion I’ve been in this post office I’ve found the man behind the counter to be rude. If you hate your job that much do something else rather than spreading your negativity!

Always helpful. Always professional. All despite being continually challenged by rude holiday makers. A real asset to the community. Thank you for putting up with all the abuse and rudeness you suffer, for the benefit of the local people and our community.

The gentleman behind the counter really needs to go on a customer care course! He is brusque to the point of being rude. More like a proper job’s worth than a proper job!
