Staff in here act like we’ve all got all the time in the world to wait in a long queue, no sense of urgency at all from any of them when there’s several less able bodied in the queue standing for a good 20 minutes for one member of staff whilst the other one walks around doing nothing. Member of staff with the short grey hair and glasses is the absolute worst of them all. Also one rule for one and one for another, some staff let parcels go with student ID and an email and some require your driving licence and all sorts of other proof whilst looking down their nose at you. Training should be the same across the board. Possibly some training in customer service and empathy wouldn’t go amiss.

Had to go put money in the bank, and had to go back in, asked the lady if she swap a tenner for pounds coins, she I can’t do that I’m afraid or unless you have a special card for it, waste of my time, any post office should be able to do that without a card, she was making a rude funny face at me, the attitude of her voice, I was being very polite, she was a bit rude back to me, just need to sort it out and learn how to serve customers, poor service,
DON’T GO HERE 😡😡

I almost didn’t use this office after reading so many negative reviews, but I’m glad I gave them a chance. Needed my driving license renewed and was in and out in 5 minutes, no waiting, no problems. Service was quick and polite - can’t fault them at all. Thank you, St Austell Post Office!

Rude, unhelpful, ignorant staff. They don't seem able to carry out basic post office services. Are unable or unwilling to answer questions. Seem to think they can behave as they please with no consequences. I am sending a complaint to Post Office Limited using the online form. I hope others do too.
