Unhelpful rude lady with brown hair served me today. I forgot to put a return note in my parcel and asked for it back to pop it in and she had absolutely no intention of trying to help me or get it back for me as she had already put it out the back. So now I am unlikely to get my money back for the item ive returned all because this rude unhelpful lady wouldn't walk ten steps and grab my parcel!!!! Utterly horrendous service

Horrendous service causing me a panick attack, lady with blonde curly hair was trying to be helpful, so thank you, lady with shorter brown bob, hideous tone and and attitude. Every time I’ve been served by her it’s always been awful service. If only years in customer service actually improved customer service skills. All you need is a less stinky attitude, smile and some compassion won’t go a miss
