Vinted & online sellers: simply disable Royal Mail in postage settings and use Evri at Asda Wherrytown or InPost at Lidl to avoid long queues. Time is precious so don’t waste it standing in line at this dinosaur of an institution 😀

Totally pointless having someone there who asked 'can I help' to then be told you'll have to wait at least 10 minutes as the person who could serve me was at lunch.I was planning to buy euros, on my lunch break and only had 20 minutes of parking.
Perhaps more trained staff is the answer ?

Now just a bureau sadly, understaffed with long queues.
