I use this Post Office every day and find Jenni, Tegan and her team very friendly and helpful. They are often under extreme pressure, especially on a Monday and I have never seen a member of staff lose their cool even when it seems like the whole of Liskeard Town Centre has decided to take their post and parcels on the same day. Some selfish people decide to take numerous parcels just before they are due to close (without any consideration for the staff) and they still take them even if it means being delayed going home. Carry on the good work. We don't know what we would do without you.

I recently came in with a handful of enquiries, as I was long overdue in sending several items back through the post. What could have been a rather overwhelming task was made entirely manageable thanks to a wonderful member of your staff, Chelsea.
She assisted me both graciously and patiently — and that patience truly deserves recognition. I must have asked enough questions for her ears to nearly blow away with the sheer wind of my chatter! Yet not once did she seem flustered or hurried. She stood tall and steady despite the small mountain of parcels and paperwork I brought to the counter, guiding me through every step until we got everything sorted properly in the end.
Her professionalism, calm manner, and good humour turned what I had expected to be a stressful errand into a genuinely pleasant experience. Staff like Chelsea are a credit to your post office, and I wanted to take a moment to say thank you and acknowledge how much her help was appreciated.
Kind regards,
Tucker

I use this post office several times a week. The staff are always helpful and efficient. Whilst I only ever usually send parcels I see them deal with lots of different customers and always go out of their way to help them. Couldn't fault them or their service. Efficient and reliable and always very helpful and cheery ☺️
