- CMCheryl MarneyDec 16, 20231.0I came in here the other day to post some Xmas cards. There was quite a que but that was fine, there was only 1 person on the counter. I was very shocked how unfriendly the lady serving was, there was a customer in front of me that was sending a few bits and needed a bit of help as she wanted to buy a bag to send the presents. The lady serving was very abrupt and was just damn right rude to the customer, the customer was constantly apologising. The customer service was not good at all. When I asked to post my cards she wouldn’t take them and just said I will give you stamps, she made me feel like I shouldn’t have been there. I understand she was busy but that is no excuse for the awful customer service, I will only be using the post office now down in copper house they are always very lovely and helpful
