Staff are incredibly slow and rude. No matter what time I go in there's always a big queue that seems to last forever. There's also hardly any staff actually working there it seems. Terrible.

Really rude staff in here, one man in particular with glasses exceptionally rude and unpleasant. I greeted him with good morning to which he replied with a dirty look and a grunt, looked absolutely annoyed that I was there and as if I was putting him through a load of trouble for a stamp. When it came to him giving me my change back instead of putting it in my open hand, he slammed it on the desk beside my open hand, so I had to pick up all the coins. Rude and unwelcoming.
