Couldn't believe how rude Erika was to the lady in front of me in the queue today, belittling her when she asked a question, it was uncomfortable to watch. She was then equally rude to me, she should not be in a customer facing role. In contrast, the service at the meat counter was friendly, helpful and uplifting! Will avoid this post office in the future.

This incident happened several weeks back, but upon further bad experiences here at this post office, I feel compelled to leave a review. I was dropping off a parcel for an eBay customer and had selected the prepaid postage label via eBay which works out slightly cheaper, and when you take it to be posted, the post office prints out your prepaid label and sends it. However, the unpleasant lady serving me told me off for having a prepaid label and decided to lecture me on how this 'might be cheaper for you but not for the post office' and proceeded to print off my label with her nose in the air and an air of deep rage that she was being made to provide a service the post office is supposed to provide. I was gobsmacked by her rudeness, these labels are available on most online retailers, provided by the royal mail and available at the post office. If she didn't like it, she shouldn't have complained to me, a paying customer about it. There have been several occasions when I've come to this post office for convenience only to find on closer inspection that the postcode has been put in wrong and I've had to run back to ensure my parcels don't go to the wrong address, and they've never once apologised. I won't be coming here again, it's outrageous how bad the service here is and needs looking into my management.

Returned a package to Amazon. Excellent service at the counter. New exactly what needed doing and did it efficiently and politely.

Every single time I use this post office the staff are rude. Especially Erika. I don’t know why she does this job when she clearly hates it and hates dealing with customers. I always feel very nervous and uncomfortable when she serves me and I know others do to. I’d rather drive ,lies out of my way and get better customer service else where.
