  Always helpful and quick. Only downside is that there is no parking so you need to factor in the parking cost when collecting parcels

  i received a text saying my parcel will be delivered today between 11:00 and 3:45 so stayed in all day and guest what it never turned up, tried ringing but left on hold forever. wasted a whole day waiting. wont be using royal mail again.

  Impossible to contact, although parcel in their depot as on the system they not even trying to look for it

  LOST MY "TRACKED" PARCEL and refused to look for it. Tracked my parcel online, it said they had attempted delivery yesterday at 10am but no-one was home (not true - there was 3 of us at home at that time!). They also never left a docket so they must have not even been here. It said online that my parcel had been taken back to Redruth depot. I live in Newquay, so reluctantly drove the 40 minutes down to Redruth depot, at which point the guy refused to even look for my parcel because he said it definitely won't be here, we don't keep Newquay mail. I asked him to look anyway since it says on their system that it is here, and he refused. I drove back to Newquay depot, they didn't have it either and said they don't know where it is, the system says Redruth, and told me to just wait for it to hopefully turn up over the next few days. They offered no explanation as to why they didn't attempt to deliver in the first place, why it says it's in Redruth, or where it is now.
